SPORT for our BRAIN

Everybody know that sport is important thing to keep our body health. But, Do you know what is the benefit of sport for our brain?

Here, I will tell you about the benefit of sport for your brain.
                                  
Increase Brain Ability
With do some regulary exercise can increase concentration, creativity, and mental health. Because sport can increase the amount of O2 inside blood and accelerate bloodstream toward brain.

Delay early aging
Research showed that simple exercise like take a walk regulary can help to reduce mental decline on women aged above 65 years old. More and more often they do that so the mental decline will slowly disappear.


Decrease stress
Sport can control our anger. Have a sport minimal 10 minutes a day can make our mental more healty, can think clearly, decrease stress and finally its lead to feelings of pleasure. Some sport that can decrease stress like take a walk, swimming, cycling, and running.

Increase our immunity
If you like doing some relaxed sport, that sport will increase some good hormone in brain like adrenaline, serotonine, dopamine and endorfine. This hormone is take a part in our immunity system. Research in England showed that 83 percent of people that have mental illness rely on sport to increase their mood and decrease their insecurity

Make us more confidence
Based on research, teenagers who active in sport were more confidence than their friends who didn't have sport.
